Who is responsible
Monster Trips OOD, Sofia, Bulgaria, trading as Ski Monster, is the data controller. Write to info@monstertrips.bg for anything on this page.
What we collect
Name, email, phone and whatever you type into the free-text box of the reservation form, plus the options you selected and the price they produced. The newsletter form collects only your email.
Why we collect it
To answer your request, to arrange accommodation, transport and ski passes with our suppliers, and to keep the accounting records the law requires. The newsletter email is used for one message when next season's dates open.
Where it goes
Reservations are stored in Notion and in a Neon database, and emails are sent through Resend. All three process data on our instructions. Names are shared with the accommodation provider and the bus company only as far as the trip needs.
Visit statistics
If you accept in the cookie banner, Google Analytics records which pages you open, on which device and from roughly where, under a random id rather than your name. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time on the Cookies page. Without it nothing is sent to Google.
How long we keep it
Reservation records are kept for the season plus the statutory accounting period. Enquiries that did not become bookings are deleted after 12 months. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where no accounting duty requires us to keep it. Write to the contact address and we answer within 30 days.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
